First of all, I praise God for a safe, uneventful trip back to MA this past Thursday, March 24.  I am happy, too, to let you know that little Karol from Albina Orphanage had his heart operation and at least at this point, it seems very successful.  The workers were having a bit of a time keeping this smiling, bubbly little boy fairly quiet until he completely heals.

I was overjoyed to see my little AnaMaria who had been moved from Albina to another orphanage quite a distance away.  She is the one who walks on her tippy-toes, and at 3 ½, I taught her her first word – Isus (Jesus).  When I found her in her new place, she jumped into my arms!   I got to spend over an hour with her.  She is walking better, talking a lot (!), and seemed very happy.  This orphanage is still a State-run orphanage, but infinitely better for her than Albina.  I can only pray over her . . .

LFA is still providing the funds monthly for Albina for their meds.  Also, we bought two small pools for the orphanage for some of the little ones who are able to get into and play.

Barza Mica has been approved for two more years.  All the credit goes to our Lord.  Secondly, it goes to the director of Barza for her hard work and tenacity, thirdly to all the workers at Barza who worked 7-day weeks to meet the criteria of the State, and then to Love From Above for being able to provide the needs the State was demanding (interior doors, tile, paint, wardrobes, ten new beds, and more).  Because of the faithful supporters of LFA, my kids at Barza Mica can stay together and be in the only place most of them have known.

Thank you, too, for all the clothing that I was able to hand out to the kids and the babies!

The electric work has been done at Canaan!  It is finished!!   Praise God!   The next step is to put in the plumbing, and we are waiting on the Lord for Him to provide the funds for that.  We’re going to have a church.  A real church! – for our precious Gypsy sisters and brothers in Christ in the village of Halchiu.  What a joy it was to worship with them (in the bar!)  J   the past few weeks.
